Principles of Pilates performed on reformer machines for added resistance for more challenge and support for people with injuries.

Classes are small so we can focus on the right technique with everyone. 4 people max/session.

How does it help me?

Reformer pilates helps with realigning the body and the spine, stabilising pelvis, strengthening full body, supporting a strong core and improving balance.

The benefits of the reformers that we can intensify the exercises by adding resistance or lowering them in case of a more intense stability work.

The reformers also give adequate support to people who have chronic injuries or returning after injury and is often used in the process of rehabilitation.

Cost: $30/person/session on a 10 pack

Or $35/person for casuals
