How does it help me?

Being healthy is more than just having a healthy physical body, we also need to be healthy mentally and emotionally so we can enjoy a happy life with an optimum level of well-being.

Counselling is a one-on-one 'talk-therapy' session to address personal challenges. We are trained in mental health and well-being and can help you to overcome difficulties like:

  • anxiety/depression/mood disorders

  • brain fog, mental/physical fatigue

  • eating disorders (not being able to put on or loose weight)

  • obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)

  • attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD/ADD)

  • Paranoia/phobia/panic disorders

  • post-traumatic stress disorder
